Samarth is helping me out over last one year in my health and wellness journey and it’s been a great going from day one! He has great set of scientific knowledge on Human anatomy, nutrition, overall health, and his pleasant nature is a bonus on top! Appreciate his relentless focus on posture, fitness and building endurance and stability, I strongly recommend Samarth to anyone looking to have energetic tomorrow.

Samarth had connected with me coincidentally when I wanted to prioritize health and wellbeing. Can't thank him enough for reaching out proactively. I felt his affinity to nature and the related fitness philosophy is rare and a quick conversation with him helped me take the decision to jump into learning the unique art of animal flow (Samarth's version). I am glad I took that decision. It has been over a month this June'23, and I feel a great change in me and my approach towards wellbeing, aging and other body/mind/soul aspects. Samarth is aware, kind and patient. Additionally, he is well read and believes in doing his own research. I learn a lot from our conversations which sometimes go beyond the fitness construct. He is able to create a non-judgmental safe space. This helps in exploring concepts related to diet, practicing movements as per personal fitness levels and working through one's weaknesses. Thus, helps in moving towards positive holistic wellbeing outcomes over time. Looking forward to continuing working with Samarth and aspiring to move some day like he does - free and one with nature like it was intended for me.

An amazing go-getter, Samarth brings the age old thought provoking concepts and puts it to today’s analogy and makes training a fun rather than a drag. He is innovative and trains on knowing your body, mind and of course the connections which we have just forgotten in our fast paced life. I wish him all luck and May this new breed of physical trainers work more on delivery rather than mere lip service. All the best Samarth!!!
