  Qualico Communities Winnipeg is the land development department of Qualico Canada. Qualico Communities plans and develops neighbourhoods throughout Manitoba. My role as a marketing coordinator includes:•Content creation, content curation, and strategizing our content calendar for our various neighbourhood blog articles and social media streams.• Writing articles and taking photos for publications such as Parade of Homes and Style Manitoba.•Managing multiple websites to ensure all information is up-to-date.• Creating e-newsletters for each of our neighbourhoods.• Assisting in the development and coordination of marketing programs and advertising campaigns. • Designing signage, posters, presentations etc. for community groups and resident associations within our neighbourhoods.•Engaging and responding to comments through our social media streams.•Assisting in the development of project positioning and branding strategies for each new project launch. Promoting consistency in the application of corporate and divisional branding standards. • Ensuring our builders have ample information for the communities they are selling homes in.•Community signage which entails planning signage locations, working with our agency to print signs, and tracking the maintenance of signage throughout all of our communities.• Administrative tasks such as tracking and coding all marketing invoices for our financial department to process. Keeping track of BBQ rentals and bicycle rentals, as well as helping to plan events.
