Headed HR for Group Technology with a team of 11 team members covering 1300 tech staff, to lead and implement OCM transformation initiatives within an allocated ITHR budget of $21M. • Designed a future-ready IT organisation structure that incorporated the latest technology functions (cloud computing, DevOps, Agile, etc), making it the Banks' first matrix operating model with cross-functional teams.
