  As a Disney College Program participant I learned how to be instrumental in a Fortune 100 company by delivering excellent guest service. I was able to communicate effectively on a daily basis with a diverse population and overcome challenges efficiently. While in the program I participated in two seminars one addressing communication and the other addressing leadership. Completing these courses have allowed me to better understand how to be an effective leader when working in a team environment.
