KMD is a small architectural firm in Melbourne, specialising in high end residential developments and renovations. Beginning as an industry placement through the RMIT diploma, I was soon offered a paid casual position. I worked on multiple projects, some from start to finish and some I was assigned whatever needed to be done as it came up. - Produced a fully documented custom joinery package for an $80,000 residential kitchen fit out - Researched and sourced hard and soft finishes for multiple projects of varying price points - Prepared planning submissions, including adhering to rescode requirements - Contributed to projects in concept, schematic, design development, and construction documentation phases - Residential site measures, liaising with and coordinating tradespeople Show less

OPSMC is a large medical clinic providing a range of activity related medicine and therapies to members of the public, as well as individual athletes and teams. I worked as part of a large reception team where up to 10 people could be working at any given time, split over two clinic locations. The role demanded outstanding customer service, efficiency, constant multitasking, and adaptability.
