Bio
Samantha was an excellent asset to our team during her internship in 2018 and exceeded our expectations. Not only did she achieve her goals during this time, but she was willing to help with additional projects that allowed us to move our mission forward.
I was one of Samantha's professors in the spring 2019 in a class that I co-taught with Professor Phoebe Zerwick, the head of the Wake Forest Journalism Program. Samantha worked with us on a actual case of innocence for one of our Innocence & Justice Clinic's clients. I thought Samantha was not only hard working, but also a very perceptive investigator and very convincing writer. In my opinion, she will be a great storyteller for her future clients. Samantha is also a wonderful public speaker - we asked her to speak about her work with our class on a panel at the law school in which we were joined by SERIAL producer, Sarah Koenig. Mark Rabil
