Within a couple short months she set up baseline KPIs for us to measure efficacy of our initiatives, took control of operations of her segment of the program, and set us on course to deliver a better experience, every time. She’s proactive, eagle-eyed for details, super kind, and always prepared. She’d be an incredible asset to any team and I was so lucky to have her on mine.
