  As Warehouse Manager at FAYT The Label, I lead our busy warehouse team as we continue to grow online and open up more brick and mortar stores. My main responsibilities include tracking the deliveries arriving at the warehouse & sending stock weekly to all of our store locations, as well as managing our warehouse team and ensuring all daily tasks are carried out to the best of our ability as a team. I also work closely with our Operations Manager to ensure operational processes are as efficient as possible, and with our General Manager to constantly improve our amazing team culture.   In January 2022 I joined the FAYT team as Warehouse & E-commerce Assistant. My role primarily consisted of picking and packing daily orders, counting & organising stock for the weekly drops of new arrivals, stock taking monthly, and also replying to all customer service emails & processing returns daily. After a year and a half working at FAYT I was promoted to Warehouse Manager, an exciting new chapter in my career.

  In January 2021 I accepted a full-time position at Lilac and Mila, a newly emerging online fashion label based in Sydney. As E-commerce Assistant my duties included managing all customer service communications via email & live chat, providing online styling advice, product uploading and website merchandising using Shopify, creating EDMs, processing returns, steaming and showcasing new arrivals weekly, liaising with influencers, and content scheduling and creation for social media platforms including Instagram, Pinterest and Facebook. I also assisted in the warehouse picking & packing orders and managing stock as required. I thoroughly enjoyed my time at Lilac and Mila and am so grateful for the array of skills I learned in this role. Working among a very small team of 3 allowed me to expand my skill set and gain an understanding of how an e-commerce business operates in all areas. Show less
