The heart of our API-enabled product suite is Arken, the leading Estate Planning document drafting automation software, which can create complex Wills 8 x times as fast as drafting manually. Arken products are used by more than 500 firms including Legal practices, Accountancy practices, Will writers and Legal services businesses in the UK , as well as Trust companies in South Africa, Australia and New Zealand. With 25 years' experience and more than 6 million Wills having been created using our products, today Arken.legal is a software as a service business offering secure, cloud based solutions. Member of the Leadership Team – responsible for setting the Vision and Strategy of the Group. Responsible for creating and delivering the product roadmap to achieve the Company vision. Responsible for creating the company’s Product function, in addition to finding a capable team by promoting internally and engaging in careful hiring to cultivate a creative and cohesive culture. Deliver a team upskilling programme, and implement migration from waterfall to agile methodology. Accountable for identifying key strategic opportunities and expediting these through product ideation, specification, design, build, and testing; this also entails working closely with in-house developers and outsourced development and design teams.
