Set the strategic direction and priorities of the Alma Mater Society with the rest of the 5-member Executive Committee and ensuring building, businesses' (including 9 food outlets), and governance operations, as well as the budget, are reflective of those priorities. 2016 - 17 saw a restructure of the student society, as well as the development of a new strategic plan and rebrand for the society. In addition, our executive team brought the end-of-year event Block Party from losing $250,000 in the prior year to creating a profit for the first time in years. Managed a team of 7 staff and a budget of over $100,000 to successfully execute projects within my portfolio – including campaigns, reports, reviews, surveys, university submissions, and presentations.
