I deliver the TAQA assessor and Quality assurer qualificationsI have worked closely with City and Guilds over the last few years and have built up a good working relationship and lead for Walsall College on focus meetings for hair and beauty ensuring the standards are met across the provision.I Lead my team to ensure attainment of enrollment, retention and timely achievement of full framework targets and other KPI’s deemed necessary. Mentoring and supporting new trainers in the college and assessors in the workplace is a key part of my role to ensure the quality of provision is kept outstanding.I have consistently gained grade one during annual quality observations.
