In this role I have gained experience in creating and writing lesson plans; building Canvas courses; engaging in one-on-one student instruction; conducting in-class and virtual classroom management; and with the Dual Enrollment Program, instructing high school students in a variety of subjects. In doing so, I have developed significant expertise in using Microsoft Office Suite, PowToon, Google Workplace, and other various web design and data analysis programs. In this role I have also established and act as the staff advisor for a Soroptimist Club on campus that works to increase women's empowerment and leadership in our community; attached below are the blog and website I have developed for the club. I learned to effectively multi-task and manage daily operations in high volume settings and developed expertise in the ability to prioritize and assign tasks, train and supervise staff, work effectively and efficiently in teams, and provide stellar service to customers.
