I took this role to use and improve my creative skills and explore my interest in marketing. Within this role, I currently manage social media platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook) and digital marketing for the Ted Rogers Leadership Centre and the Top 200 program, which is an extracurricular program for the top 2% of the Ted Rogers School of Management (TRSM) students. I have successfully created new campaigns increasing followers by 200 and engagement by 41%. I have led the Top 200 Leaders of Today digital campaign using strong organization skills to inspire current and future Top 200 students to create a virtual community and open networking opportunities. I have also coordinated with executive leaders for various workshops and the Ted Rogers Virtual Ethical Leadership Case Competition. In addition, I manage and update the Ted Rogers Leadership Centre website using Adobe Experience Manager, developing new interacting pages on the site to create promotional and informative materials for years to come.

By joining Moneris, I have managed Moneris's data asset catalogue, managed the data glossary and validating data definitions within the business, and assisted in the development of data governance and quality metrics and analytics dashboards. Worked seasonally during the summer within a class of 25 JK/SK children. During my time at Harmony Childcare Centre I assisted with crafting activities, proposed activities for the upcoming weeks and was a helping hand for anything that was needed. By working around children I learned to be quick on my toes and to multitask since children change their mind quickly and are very unexpected. With my time in this position, I proposed for their to be a face paint activity which the children can get their face painted to be an animal, superhero or princess they wanted to be. As it was too late to hire a professional, I decided to learn how to face paint and do it myself.
