  Responsible for making sure breakfast shift ran smoothly. Insuring customers were greeted polite and with a smile and served tea and coffee. Keeping the cold and hot buffet topped up. Taking any special breakfast requests. Clearing, cleaning and resetting of tables. Polishing and wrapping of cutlery ready for lunch service. In charge of setting up the tables ready for the functions. From 11 on week day would move over to the bar making sure that the float for the till was set up, nozzles on the pumps, bar mats laid out, dishwasher set up beer lights on tvs on music on and doors open. On a Sunday I was incharge off making sure the Sunday carvery ran with out a hitch. Having enough cutlery, sauces, gravy and all carvery food was kept topped up.
