It is my pleasure to recommend Samantha as a social worker, a therapist, an advocate for children, and a hard worker and team player. Samantha is quick to take on tasks and complete them with excellence and in a timely manner. She is able to build a good rapport with children and youth of all ages. While working with me at JFCS Family Hope in Pittsburgh, PA, Samantha worked with a family with children ranging in age from twelve months to seventeen years in age. She worked effectively and compassionately with the children as they transitioned from foster care to their adoptive home, and she was a very competent advocate and caseworker for the parents as they traversed the foster care system. Samantha is easy to get along with and extremely capable in her job. In the event she comes upon a task she does not know how to complete, she is proficient at teaching herself the relevant skills and is unafraid to seek out help or instruction where necessary. She is a quick learner and an excellent resource to any office. I would heartily recommend her for any job that involves children, non-profit paperwork, legal advocacy, social science research, or data analysis. Sincerely, Mary Margaret Healy, MSW
