The DMB/ODMB is a new contract and it hasn't been rolled out across the support centre, however I am one of very few that have been involved. • Triaging calls coming into the unassigned queue. This is being first point of contact for all new calls that come in to our system (Hoth) evaluating them and either querying with the client if needed or progressing them to the correct queue • Being point of contact for other team members to be able to help them with any queries • Taking my own initiative to help with training of new team members and also being asked to provide training for new starters when needed Show less

• I am responsible for delivering high levels of customer service by making sure deliveries, collections and other services to ensure we are keeping within our clients SLA dates and hitting PDI targets • To ensure all cooler deliveries and collections are out for delivery and planned. If there are any issues it will then be dealt with and if need be re-arrange with customers. • Assisting crews to if they have any issues while on a customer’s site, solve the issue to prevent aborts if possible. • Monitor the delivery procedures and processes associated with the delivery of customer’s products • Assisting the Team Leader to produce KPI’s • I have been heading up projects for Coca-Cola since November. The first project I completed with a Colleague was for The Restaurant Group, this consisted of 500 moves of Postmix equipment. I had to liase with sites, engineers and Postmix team. I have completed many projects for Merlin, Flamingo land, B&M, Silverstone, football stadiums and many more. • Use of SHARP computer system and a Coca-Cola system called Salesforce CRM • I have assisted with other contracts within XPO such as Fosters and Hobart. • I work closely with many teams as we are based on a Coca-Cola site • On a day to day bases I answer the phones, send emails, actions emails received in the main email box • Making sure we maintain a high standard of detail forall deliveries. For example; booking permits to access shopping centres and ensuring all documents have been sent such as RAMS and Insurance.
