Monarch is a leading utility cost consultancy providing services in energy procurement, invoice validation, CRC management and utility financial reporting to clients all over the UK. Monarch has been in business for more than 25 years and has an impressive portfolio. We obtain the best rates for energy for our clients, through going out to the market and tendering with all major suppliers; a fixed term contract on those prices is then put in place. We receive all the invoices and other documents for our clients, all invoices have to pass our validation checks and any queries are dealt with accordingly. For each client a weekly report is produced which details all the invoice we have processed, allowing the client to make payment. As an account administrator it is my task to manage the validators and deal more with the client. For example meeting with the client and suppliers to ensure the relationship is well and to resolve any queries. Show less
