Samantha was clearly a well loved teacher during her tenure at Maple Heights City Schools. She juggled a hectic schedule of four schools and four grade levels to help meet the needs of gifted students. One of the things that I admire about Samantha is how she did so much with the kids with such a small budget and limited technology. As her long-term substitute and later a colleague I could see first hand how teachers and students felt that she was an integral part of the school.
Elisa Ellis
Samantha was a great lead teacher. She worked well with other teachers as well as the various directors. She constantly amazed me and other colleagues with her creativity, organization, and planning. Every day she created new learning environments for the children. She was able to plan ahead as well as adapt and implement a new idea, on the spot, along with the children's interests. She was capable of keeping the childrens attention in every area (dress up, the book nook, outside play time, cooking, small motor skills, etc). She has a wealth of knowledge and experience to share with every age level. She was a joy to work with and an amazing learning experience for me.
