Our client — a Liverpool based start-up company, Plughole Planters — provides planters by upcycling ceramic bathtubs, shower trays and sinks feature with customised add-ons. Various customer-specified solutions were proposed to increase their brand awareness on the online platform. Customer insights were gathered and revealed from the primary data, yet to provide alternative digital marketing plans for long-term customer relationships building and enhance in website usability.
