I met Sam at tryouts for Michigan State's Club Tennis Team 11 years ago. Ever since then, I have seen her continue to work hard to make an impact both at work - by taking on additional roles and pursuing continuing education, or in her community through volunteering and mentoring opportunities. As her doubles partner for many years, I can say first-hand that Sam has excellent communication skills, is a team player, and is both resilient in loss and humble in victory. Above all, she is driven to succeed but will do everything she can to make sure you succeed right along side her - whether that is as her doubles partner, her colleague, or her friend. Anyone would be lucky to have her as a part of their team!

Samantha was the only HR resource when we worked together at Argo Tea. So in many ways she was an entire department. She made her self constantly available as a trusted and reliable resource and she managed hundreds of cafe employees with the utmost professionalism. Her positive attitude through any troublesome situation is incredibly admirable. Her dedicated attention to the companies employees and their well being was appreciated by many. Sam was always bringing forth ideas to better the business and to keep the cafe employees happy and motivated.
