    • Presenter
      • Jun 2017 - Jun 2017

Myself and colleagues were approached by our fourth year social work seminar professor, expressing their interest for us to pursue an opportunity to present at the Congress of Social Work 2017. Together colleagues and I drafted an outline of our presentation and we were accepted/invited to present at the Congress in June. The content of our presentation was about redefining the structure of social work field practice and how to go about community engagement, as not every field of practice may be structured in a clinical office setting. I.e; for some areas of social work, the community themselves is the area of touchdown or the "office" for some community workers.
