Sam is a skilled leader and highly creative Visual merchandiser who is passionate about her job and a pleasure to work with. During her time working for me she was responsible for 10 direct reports who were working independently across the country. Everyone had diverse experience, skill sets, accounts and challenges. She managed everyone well and kept her team on task and motivated while still making it fun with regular touch bases, team meetings, news letters and training sessions. I saw her tirelessly train new hires to achieve the high standards she established for her team. Sam has a strong work ethic. She is results oriented and is constantly coming up with ideas for improving on her deliverables. She works well with the many people who ask for her help including Sales Leads, Marketing, Merchandising and Executives. In addition to visual merchandising out in the field, she created Cad tools for the sales team to use in placing orders and to help create consistent visuals in store. She also knows how to work with a very tight budget. She managed a stock room full of props and was famous for making the old look new and implementing the latest vision from the marketing team both at trade shows and in showrooms. Sam is just really fun and easy to work with. Any company would be lucky to have her on their team.
