As a secretary I answer phones, schedule appointments, deal with paperwork and emails! I communicate with our staff and clients, making sure that everything is in order! I check people out at the front desk, handle money and cash transactions! I help the stylists with anything they may need, while also counting inventory, ordering merchandise, and handle memberships with our clients! Working under L Z Logistics required me to stand for 6-12 hours a day on worksites for construction. This included heavy lifting and learn how to run large machines! I was a flagger, a parts runner, a security aid, and helped with accounting! I learned how to use power point in order to help determine the logistics of the loads and their roads for the trucks! I helped input data, file paper work and help with payroll, as well as billing, time off requests, and anything else needed! As a a barista at common grounds I was able to use my communication and customer service skills as I made drinks and took orders from behind the counter! I learned how to use different machines, keep a straight head under stressful times, and work on bringing in good sales!! As a sever at Rim Country BBQ, I would seat and great customers with a big warm welcome! I would get them their drinks, place their orders in the compute, run them their food and take good care of them! I would clean and reset the tables once the customers had left the table. I restocked the serving stations, made lemonade and sweet tea, put the soda machine together, put ice in the ice wells and soda machines. I would handle lots of cash and card. I worked a computer system, answered the phone to take answers and would fulfill pick up orders! Show less

At Payson Golf Club I would run the front desk and interact with all of the golfers! I would check them in on the computer and sell them merchandise from the pro shop! I would create tee-times for the golfers while answering the phone! I would ranger the course, following along the path to learn the game and the flow to make sure all golfers were as satisfied as possible. I would refill the ball machine, restock the pro shop and file paperwork.I would run tournaments with the pro shop manager and check all golfers in while getting their baskets, clubs, and carts set up. I would clean all carts and set them up for golfers along with cleaning them at night and putting them in the barn. I would collect flags, take in trashes, lock bathrooms and lock the course up. I would restock fridges, help our different club members with anything and everything they needed. I would help the kitchen serve food and beverage while tournaments would be conducted. I would help tally scores, cash, and prizes for the golfers. I cleaned clubs and helped repair carts. Inventory and reordering was done at least twice a week and I conducted almost all of the reordering and inventory. Show less
