  I provide administrative support to the Office Manger, Labour Relations Officers and Executive Council Members locally and occasionally for our Regina office. To provide administrative support I coordinate telephone calls, receive and direct visitors, word processing, filing, and faxing. I also ensure job postings are verified for accuracy, update our database to reflect any changes to member information, and take meeting minutes when requested. Not only do I provide administrative support I am also responsible in coordinating large and small events such as our Annual Convention and Council Meetings respectively. I arrange travel and hotel accommodations for attendees, manage large mail-outs to all of our Health Science Association members, and take care of catering requests when needed.
