I generally worked with groups of 10-25 agents for telephone based customer service for the Philips Lifeline (Emergency Response Service) as well as Philips Medication Dispensing service. In addition to training, I am also response for the updating, creation, and implementation of new material regarding our products and services while also facilitating the communication skills of agents. Once the agents have completed the training phase, their performance is tracked in a variety of quantitative manners which are compiled for my review to track progress and asses trends which can be address before agents begin production. I continue to track each agents performance for ninety days after they have completed my training course, and continue to coach and asses their performance one-on-one on a monthly basis with assistance from their immediate supervisors.
