  During my time at Kalamazoo Valley Community College, I was a part of an educational program called Education for Employment. While enrolled in the program, I was learning to be a dental assistant. The following entails various experiences and knowledge I gained while in the program: Proper instrument sterilization, knowledge of numerous dental materials, dental radiology, chair-side assistance, dental anatomy, and many other clinical procedures.
