During the early part of Samantha’s internship, Ticketmaster went through a complete organizational restructuring. While this can be a lot to handle for a normal employee, let alone an Intern, Samantha handled it with ease. She quickly adapted to having two supervisors (one of whom was located in a different time zone) and two sets of responsibilities, through which she demonstrated her strong work ethic, organizational skills and ability to multi-task. Samantha was great at working independently and showing initiative, two skills that can be hard to find in interns. Through her position, Samantha was responsible for high-visibility marketing efforts, for which she always demonstrated a high-level of accuracy and creative when creating/managing content.
