Managing tendering processes and engaging consultants to deliver training and professional development workshops. • Delivering organisational culture change using the Human Synergistics’ model. Designed and embeded tools across all levels of the organisation, including Training and Development, Service Delivery and the Performance Management Process. Project Manager of the organisational culture change evaluation. I left this role to take parental leave.
