  As a law clerk, I conduct legal research in various areas, such as labor arbitrations, employment litigation, and employment benefits. I perform document review for various attorneys at differing points of litigation. I have assisted with employee training sessions, creating presentations for both management and non-management employees, focusing on equal employment opportunity laws or developing legislation in applicable jurisdictions. I regularly assist with updating and drafting employee handbooks to ensure compliance with the laws where the employer operates. I also assist with and draft post-hearing briefs and position statements for labor arbitrations and employment litigation.
