The Stable is a co-working, hotdesking, office and event space that focuses on the Digital, Tech and Creative industries. I was the Hub Co-Ordinator, dealing with the day to day running of the building, any member issues, enquiries, FM related problems and room/event set up. Along with the associated admin work I greeted guests that had booked space, showed them around and made sure they were all set up for the day, catering to their needs with refreshments or food. In was charge of the stock take and reviewing budgets monthly. Using CRM Boards which tracked potential members from initial contact to tours then through to signing. I kept the CRM Board up to date reacting to anything that needed attention. Dealing with maintenance issues and logging quotes and booking in work for refurbishments. I analysed feedback and created plans for marketing. Uploading events and workshops to Eventbrite and other websites and communicating with guest speakers and attendees up until event day and after. I was responsible for ensuring the health and safety procedures had all been completed and signed off. I managed the event calendar to ensure all bookings were in the required space but allowing us to use the building to its full potential. I also filled in for the manager when she was absent I line managed 4 work experience students, planning their activities every week and making sure they were kept on task, I held monthly 1-2-1’s with each of them to track their progress and make sure realistic targets were set for them for the month going forward. I attended events and networking evenings to represent The Stable, these were evenings where I spoke with other local businesses to find out if there is a way for us to work together. Show less

I worked for GBRS as an apprentice, interviewing candidates for Lidl warehouse roles. This involved speaking on the phone and booking people in for interviews that were then conducted face to face. Speaking to people of all ages and abilities. I also helped out with payroll, making sure all the temps hours were correctly put into the system and completed in time for payday.
