  I worked for a family with three children, two of which had autism. My main role was to help a single mother who worked full-time who was also completing her degree with child and house care. I helped the children with autism on their behaviors, supervised them, and helped them complete their daily tasks. I assisted with homework, helped them make their lunches for school, and would cook them dinner each night. I also created many activities for the children to help them keep busy while the mom had to study. I also took the oldest child to his speech therapy appointments and kept track of his progress.
