Led communication with over 1000+ participants by sending biweekly email reminders, updating the program website, and sharing information during the webinars to create clarity for participants and encourage attendance and participation. Automated the creation and distribution of personalized certificates of completion for over 200+ participants who met the certification requirements leveraging extensions on the Google suite. Analyzed survey data from three time periods during the program using SPSS and concluded that the program had a positive effect on students’ mental health compared to a control group.
