  Seconded part-time to The Responsible Investment Association Australasia (RIAA) whereby I assisted in the development of a Sustainable Finance Roadmap for Australia. A roadmap is a set of recommendations across policy and finance sectors which will provide pathways and policy signals and set frameworks to enable the finance sector (banking, insurance and investment) to contribute more systematically to the transition to a more resilient and sustainable economy, consistent with global, national and regional goals. Some sustainable finance advisory engagements include the development of a reporting framework that will be used in order to assess and communicate the Fund's investments and impact to investors based on international best practice. Another engagement involved developing and establishing baselines for relevant ESG metrics for the world’s largest infrastructure asset manager with growing portfolios in real estate, agriculture and energy. These metrics will be rolled out to their other funds in order to improve ESG reporting at an asset level. Other experience include a number of Social Return on Investment (SROI) projects. By leveraging external frameworks, industry best practice and KPMG’s True Value methodology, I have assisted in the design of Frameworks and Tools to support the planning, measuring and reporting of social impact and business value for clients community partnerships and programs.
