- Implemented in April 2022 at our Saukville, WI location weekly hourly walk-in interviews -Walk-In interviews provided faster offers in a timely manner, we were able to walk a candidate through an interview and within hours extend an offer out -From April 2022-12/31/2022; we have had an average of 7-10 weekly walks in, and 5-7 extended offers through this newly implemented process -Connected with hiring managers and have identified stakeholders who will have to continue to keep this process going throughout many years -Started to recruit for the salaried IT/Digital space after maternity leave in August 2022 -The average time to fill rate is 58 days for 15 roles that I solely recruited on without any agencies engaged in the job requisitions -Able to fill a Robotic Processing Engineer in 31 days after sourcing through LinkedIn without any agencies -Filled two Senior Project Managers in 42 days reporting to the same manager without any agencies -Able to pipeline a candidate for an opening and filled the role within 13 days of receiving the job requisition -Connected and grew partnerships with directors and VP of the IT/Digital space to solve any issue that arises -Worked with a Workday Consultant to enhance the Recruiting Workday for the TA Partners 1.
