  CleanTEC Services Limited, is a contract cleaning company with over 1750 employees. - Initially brought into oversee telesales, lead generation and email campaigns. - Within my first 6 months, I proposed, fronted and implemented a CRM System (Salesforce) into the company to streamline sales processes. - Was the main liaison between CleanTEC and our Consultancy partner ensuring a smooth transition to our SalesCloud and optimising the implementation benefits. - Have since been carrying out Salesforce Administrative duties, such as organising user profiles, dashboards, applying validation rules, data importing & cleansing, reporting and facilitating training to aid other users. - In 2022, I started to manage my own pipeline paying particular focus to increasing CleanTEC's market share in the commercial sector.
