  As a process engineer, my role was multi-functional. It involved managing and overseeing all development and technical projects across all departments, some of these included: production machinery developments and redesigns, process and site improvements to increase efficiencies and reduce downtime and managing new technology/equipment introductions (such as advanced vision systems etc).This role required a need to have a solid understanding of all textile production machines on-site and their limitations, which I gained from years of mechanical experience.
