I currently manage the outsourced call center services of seven clients for Telnet (Crime Stoppers, IUG, McDonalds, Silver fern Farms, Farmside, Automobile Association, Freeview. This involves ensuring we meet all KPI/SLA targets, manage training, staffing, reporting, quality assurance and compliance. I also manage the bespoke CRM options for all of the above clients through ContactSuite and the knowledge management for the same through SenseIQ. With 17 years experience at Telnet and over two decades of call center experience in both inbound tech support/customer service and outbound support/sales I am well suited to assist any business in meeting their call center needs.
