I have been in charge of planning and overseeing the construction of a new office.I am in charge of recruitment and training of all staff.   Instructed in a variety of activities including Archery, Bouldering, Abseiling, Fencing, Quad Biking, Challenge Course and Trapeze. I was also given extra responsibility by running two specialist activities. I ran an activity to 15-17 year olds where they were given driving theory and then went out with a driving instructor, driving on private ground. The other course was about environment and conservation. In addition to this I trained and passed my three star Open Canoe which enabled me to assist on canoe session on the river.
