I had the pleasure of reporting to Sam between in 2023 while Majenta, BIMobject's UK counterpart, supported us in the UK market. Sam demonstrates a strong understanding for SaaS sales and demonstrates superb sales qualities. He is a very clear communicator, establishes rapport early in conversations and is razor sharp in identifying customer needs and pain points. Sam was a great mentor and helped me with the transition to working within the UK market. He is a great colleague and would highly recommend him and his work.

      This is a 12 month apprenticeship in Business & Administration. I spend time in all main departments including warehousing, technical and finance (booking stock & daily invoicing). The majority of my time is spent performing an internal sales role, progressing and quoting customer enquiries, obtaining and processing orders and building customer relations. My main project was the complete redesign of our customer returns database for the UK, using Microsoft Access. I also completed a dedicated customer service project on Microsoft Excel, working closely with the Managing Director. This involved a complete overhaul of customer contact details and compiling an online customer service questionnaire. This project resulted in an NCFE excellence award. I now have a very good working knowledge of SAP (MRP system) and regularly contacted the German head office to progress outstanding deliveries. Show less
