I have had the pleasure of working for Sam for 2 years however, it really felt as though we were working together as a team. There is a definite freshness to his modern leadership style. He validates and challenges assumptions, brings attention where it matters the most, and has an ability to successfully implement strategy across an organization in a way that only a few can. If you ever have the opportunity to work with him you can basically guarantee that it will be productive, innovative, and rewarding.

Sam actually worked for me in two organizations. I hired Sam as an intern while he was still in college – quickly promoting him based on exceptional results and potential. Later I hired him in to another organization at a more senior role and he continued a very fast pace of expanding accountability, scope, and influence. Sam Leone is an exceptional individual and professional on very many levels. Sam’s interaction style is understated, calm, and methodical. He has the unique ability to work with anyone and at all levels of the organization. He has phenomenal problem solving skills dealing with some of the most complicated of organizational issues through an acute balance of thorough analysis and highly intuitive perception. That said, Sam has a very strong bias toward action and results.
