We did a creative video design piece with Visual Labs about the future of digital service delivery for a whole of government event being attended by over 300 late in 2021. From start to finish they were on point – they understood our design brief quickly, met the tight time-frame we set and worked so professionally to deliver the highest quality product. In 2017 I was released from prison after serving nearly a decade inside and when I came out into the community I wanted to start a clean slate and I wanted to get into the fitness industry but I didn't know where to start. I randomly met Sam in a gym where he was working as the head PT at that time and even with the knowledge of my past Sam gave me a lot of guidance and mentorship which has helped me to create a social enterprise and a not for profit where we help incarcerated young people to have a second chance through mentorship just like how Sam has mentored me. Sam and his team at Visual Labs has really helped our organisation to be transparent in front of the public and to break down the negative stereotyping society has on former incarcerated individuals. I have learnt a lot from Sam in how he runs his team through integrity, hard work and professionalism. I have absolute respect not just in the quality of work Sam produces but who he is as a person. I continue to look forward to working and learning from Sam and his team at Visual Labs.
