A more specified role with a greater focus on engineering live and recorded music. My role now includes mastering 2-4 albums per month to assist our senior engineer in meeting our monthly 20 album release, whilst preparing the other albums for him as well. I also manage a monthly conference where the speakers are broadcast both to a live studio audience and livestreamed to viewers worldwide. Quarterly these conferences feature live band performances which are mixed live for the audience, on and offline, and recorded for promotional purposes. I've been lucky this year to work with Acid Jazz legends The James Taylor Quartet & Hip Hop pioneer Andy Cooper (Ugly Duckling). Show less

In addition to my previous responsibilities I began monitoring newer composer submissions to assist them in releasing their tracks into a catalouge for the first time. My knowledge in the monthly releases prompted me to take on the role of copywriter, writing our monthly 'New Releases' blog containing four feature pieces and sixteen short blurbs. I also became the company's 'go-to guy' for any live events inside and outside of the office. The biggest outside event I curated was the 2018 Royal Television Society Awards, in which I set-up the after-party sound system and DJ performance areas. I have continued to study mastering, releasing two albums into our catalogue. Show less
