Vive L'Amour are an independent sustainable fashion brand. Our focus, is on vintage and pre loved items of clothing, which are sourced from all over the world and given a fresh lease of life in our studio based in Manchester, England. We sell predominately on ASOS Marketplace, alongside our own eCommerce store which I built and manage myself. I photograph all of our stock and create our content output. After excelling to the top of the sales record board as a door to door Sales Rep, I was quickly promoted to run teams of door to door Sales Operatives, ranging in team sizes of between 6 – 12 heads. Following continuously running one of top teams in the state of Melbourne, after as little as 7 months in the business I was promoted to state lead generation Manager for the state of Brisbane, Queensland where I help open and managed the businesses first office outside of Victoria. Here I built a channel of door to door Sales Reps over the following months. Building and training a door to door sales channel of three teams (20/30 heads). I was also responsible for hosting in house sales consultations with customers acquired through our lead generation process, I had to do a full analysis of customer’s energy bills, usage and habits. Breaking down their consumption and working out which solar system would be best suited for their needs, following this closing deals ranging from $8000-$20000 depending on the system size required for the customer.
