Property Internship
-
Jun 2018 - Jul 2018
A 3-week internship spent at a property development company based in Johannesburg involved in retail, industrial, commercial and residential developments. The first week I spent undergoing a market study on various areas in South Africa which showed industrial development potential. I attended various meetings, on-site and off, where I was exposed to the daily challenges a project manager faces. My creativity and natural instinct for spatial awareness proved beneficial when entering various spaces and being advised on how to utilize such a space. In light of this, I was given the opportunity to design the billboards for two of their residential and commercial developments. Show less
