At Amsterdam Science park I was a Student Assistant for first year students during the subject: “Genetica en Evolutie BMW/Bio”. Prior to this job, I had to follow a didactic training to learn more about teaching. During this subject, me and another student were responsible for two groups of sixteen first year students who weekly performed multiple practicals at the labs of Science park. My main tasks during these practicals were for the student work safe, make them think critical and explain content or aid them when necessary. At the end of the course I graded the students based on their participance, behavior and their lab journal.
