      As Rugby World Cup Limited’s exclusive commercial manager and broker, IMG was responsible for the sale and delivery of all commercial rights for Rugby World Cup 2015, including broadcast, sponsorship, travel and hospitality, and licensing and merchandising. My role included:* Deputy Commercial Venue Manager for 5 matches during the tournament at St James’ Park and Elland Road. The main point of contact for each stakeholder at both stadiums and tasked with the running of their activations.* Oversaw the design, creation and public release of the team kit for all 20 participating unions dealing with both the unions and manufacturers.* Managed the Rugby World Cup brand approvals and use of the Rugby World Cup brand by over 200 commercial and non-commercial stakeholders including Heineken, Land Rover, Societe Generale, DHL, Emirates and MasterCard.* Worked with commercial partners, licensees, suppliers, tournament organisers, host cities and tourism on their use of the Rugby World Cup brand and in doing so completed over 10,000 approval submissions.* Ensured that all approval submissions, promotions and activations respected both commercial contracts and brand guidelines and were processed within contractual turnaround times.* Managed the reviewing and archiving of all official licensed product.
