  I was working in a team of 7 students, going to different orchards around Hawkes Bay checking for pests and parasites on their crops. Within this job we had a certain amount of jobs to do within a specific timeframe, so in order to get the job done we had to work as a team and plan what orchards we would go to. We had to make sure our workload for the day wasn't too big as we would run out of jobs to do.
