      Gumbuya World is a regional Wildlife and Theme Park located in Gippsland which has embarked on a 3-5 year redevelopment phase. The Operations Division encompasses several departments, including: Guest Relations, Retail, Rides, Cafe, Wildlife, Technical Services (maintenance), Cleaning, security and Landscaping. As General Manager – Operations I am employed to oversee and manage the day to day of the park, whilst also developing and implementing new operational and technical procedures.
