      Global Training and Education Consulting (Guangzhou)Co., LTD, referred as GTEC, was newly founded by Sam Guo and his partners in 2020, as an industrial training institute for health and pension industry, aim on providing integrated and comprehensive solution for the industry by offering professional training support and human resource solution to the industry. For the industry, specialized personnel's shortage mostly is the core issue. GTEC concentrates on providing professional training to the current practitioners, and recruiting talents for the existing institutes. Supported by Guangdong Pharmaceutical University and Hays International College Australia, GTEC initiated the cooperative training program "Geriatric Health Assessor" in Nov 2020, and offered training to 30 students, who were the management from 20 top local nursing homes. This was the first training program successfully combined the international and local training, and truly localized the Australian system in China. The training program was highly praised, and would be kept running once a month. GTEC is expected to be the "21st-century talent factory for the health and pension industry in China". And GTEC will not only deliver diverse professional training to the industry, but also take the lead to set up the industrial training standard in China, which benchmark the international standard.
