I had the privilege of working with and managing Sam during his time at Zapproved. Sam is a Product leader's dream as he has a relentless desire to understand the market he is working in and the customers that are utilizing the software he is helping to build. His ability to discover, empathize, understand, and ultimately resolve customer pain points and desires makes him truly invaluable to any organization. As a Product leader, I found it inspiring how hyper-focused Sam is about building Products that users will love. His energy and enthusiasm for the role is infectious. Sam raises the bar and any company would be incredibly lucky to have him on their Product team. I would hire him again in an instant if given the opportunity.

I had the pleasure of working with Sam on the same Product Owner team at Zapproved. During my time at Zapproved, I got to see Sam wear many hats, even though his title was Product Owner. Sam had the unfortunate challenge of working without a Product Manager during my whole tenure with the company. I got to witness Sam manage both positions with professionalism and grace, effectively. He is organized, a great communicator, and has excellent problem solving skills. Sam would be a strong asset to any company lucky enough to have him.
